Because our cognitive guides and digital planners are delivered instantly via download, they are considered "used" the moment they are accessed. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be "returned" to us once they have been saved to your device.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
Note for international customers: By clicking "Purchase" and choosing to download your digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you are waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law, as the service is fully performed the moment the download begins.
