How will I receive my products?

I can’t find my download email. What should I do?

If your email hasn’t arrived within 5–10 minutes:

  3. Confirm your email address: Double-check that the email address used at checkout was spelled correctly.

Technical Issues & File Access

  • Device Compatibility: We recommend downloading your files onto a computer first, though they can be viewed on most mobile devices and tablets.

  • Download Limits: For security purposes, download links may have a limit on the number of times they can be clicked. We recommend saving your files to your personal device (or a cloud drive like Google Drive/Dropbox) immediately upon receipt.
